Queen City Tattoo & Arts Festival 2018

The first ever Queen City Tattoo & Arts Festival took place October 26th-28th in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina. This all-ages event had something for everyone; from pumpkin carving to tattoo contests to an on-site barber to a special performance by Biz Markie. This event also featured extensive permanent makeup seminars by industry leaders such as Tina Davies, Brow Daddy, Stacie-Rae Weir and more. Check out some of the highlights below.
